Welcome to Guilded Lilies
Guilded Lilies is an all-girls alliance guild on Moonglade, a European RP realm. The genesis of this guild was related to the alts-in-raiding-guilds issue: alts in most serious raiding guilds aren't welcome in 40-man instances, and they can't compete for drops with mains (fair enough). But when you put all of the time into a character to level her, when you live with her for that many hours, it would be nice for her to see some action. :)

And so, on to what I see as the basic concepts behind the guild:

1. It's a girls guild. I don't think we need to force people to "prove" that they're female by speaking on TS or anything, but please try to actually be female. If a male slips through and maintains a fiction of living and playing as a girl, I don't really care...it is a roleplaying server, and if your character is a male living as a female AND the rest of us never find out...then no harm done. But the idea is to have a strong all-girl guild, working together to level and then do endgame instances, having fun and helping each other along the way.

2. It is an alt-friendly guild. We'll try to work around raid nights where possible. Over time, if we build what I hope to, this will eventually become of equal importance, or more important, than present guilds.

3. The purpose of being in a guild is to have a sense of community, to make friends, and to help each other. This is a prerequisite for being in the guild.

So, post and let me know if you're interested in joining, what your experience on your main has been, and what alts you'd be willing to transfer or start. And welcome!

Good luck with the guild, it sounds like it has good foundation stones to grow on!

You know I'm going to twist your arm and make you transfer one of your alts. :P

Hey I'll definitely come and join in :) I'll make an alt this morning, and if I like it I may transfer my level 30-something druid over.

As for information: I'm from Runetotem (mostly) where I raid 4+ nights on my paladin and increasingly I play hordeside on Wildhammer where I'm GM of a small guild. But I'm *almost* certain I have a little time to spare on a new server: I'm a student on her holidays at the moment so I'm pretty free, hehe.

Anyway, hope to see you around soon!

Great - looking forward to talking to you in game! I have to be on my main for BWL tonight, but tomorrow night (Thursday) I'll be there on the new character with the guild charter, Ravvendhu.

Well my elfie has been transferred over and is playable as of last night. What is your name on Moonglade so I can pester you?

My characters on Moonglade are Shaiya, a freshly transferred level 32 (very close to 33) Nightelf huntress. Her professions are skinning and leatherworking. And Chai, a level 12 priestess who has mining and tailoring as her professions.

My experience on my mains (plural) has been lots of raiding, as I'm living in Europe as an Au Pair I cannot work more than 16hrs a week, and my fiancee works a lot during the day, so when I'm not outside doing something or with my nose in a book, I'm usually playing WoW. I have experience in endgame raiding from Zul'Gurub to the beginning of Naxramus. I have four level 60 characters (two hunters, a mage and a druid).

I will be playing (at least currently) on Moonglade strictly as an alt, and will be maintaining my raid schedule back on Hellscream. I should still be on daily though. :)

Great! How long did the transfer take? I need to start the process for my hunter and mage. The hunter has 300/300 skinning and leatherworking. My raid nights are Monday, Wednesday, Sunday, so this will be interesting, to say the least!

It actually only took about 2 nights and one day. It was quite fast. :o
Just remember to check the transfer status page, cause I didn't get a mail saying 'complete transfer' I went to the site out of curiousity and it had a little button saying 'move character' under 'approved transfers'. So I clicked that and there I was. :o

I can't afford a character transfer at the moment (and might not for a few months) but I made myself a wee little warrior by the name of Epiny to go with you for the time being. Once I can afford a transfer I'll either transfer my level 20 hunter or possibly my level 48 priest, tho I think I'd be reluctant with the priest.. >.>
But we shall see, for now I got Epiny.

Oh, and I got raiding experience with my druid, been raiding for way over a year now (wow, time flies), I know MC like my own pocket, but sadly I haven't had a chance to see much more than that, apart from endlessly poking of Razorgore and Anub'Rekhan. Oh, and of course ZG and some AQ20.

Welcome. :) I'm looking forward to talking with everyone. I think we'll have a mix of new characters and under-50 transfers, so should be a good mix.

I remade my character and renamed her (decided I got too many nelfs already), so I'll look you up as Yaril when I get the chance =)
It'll be interesting too meet everyone!

This sounds great. I will have to think about what character to transfer, either a hunter(43), a warlock (37?), and/or a priest (16?).

I've played mainly horde side on Bloodhoof with a brief intermission as alliance on Lightning's Blade. I've played for over a year but not until I started my warlock on LB did I feel like pushing it to 60, and since I then rerolled a warlock on Bloodhoof I'm still not there (lvl 57 :) Therefore I have no end-game raiding experience although I've seen a lot of it second hand and look forward to it.

And I really like the guild name btw :)

Great! Looking forward to talking with you. I started my transfers this morning, and hopefully Blizz will not lose anyone. :( I'm transferring a level 44 hunter and a level 26 mage.
